The guitars of Parkway Drive are typically tuned to drop A#, which means the strings are tuned down to A# standard tuning and then the lowest string is dropped one additional half step. This tuning gives their music a heavier and more aggressive sound, allowing for powerful riffs and breakdowns. It is a common tuning used in metalcore and helps create the band's signature sound. **

Light becomes polarized at the Brewster angle because when light strikes a surface at this specific angle, the reflected light waves vibrate only in one plane, parallel to the surface. This occurs because at the Brewster angle, the reflected and refracted rays are perpendicular to each other, causing the reflected light to be polarized. This phenomenon is a result of the mathematical relationship between the angle of incidence and the refractive indices of the two media involved. **
